Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere

I am a graduate effective 2013 of business administration which encompasses business subjects and accounting. I have been tutoring students in mostly business subjects privately as well as an employed tutor. In accounting most of my students have scored 'A' and 'B' grades for basic accounting and intermediate level. Other business subjects I have taught include business strategy, marketing among others. In my teaching career, I have taught for about 8years in tertiary colleges and I have received positive response from my learners. I have also taught both slow and fast learners and managed to transfer knowledge they require to them effectively. I have travelled also distances to tutor but not away from my home country. A Little Bit About Me...

I have recently earned my BS in Accounting from Wilson College in 2009. I have just finished up my first tax season at H&R Block in Chambersburg where I received very beneficial experience. I have researched and written numerous research papers at Wilson College and presented various Powerpoint presentations also.
My teaching style comes from 15 years of teaching Sunday School, Vacation Bible School and being a Youth Group Leader as well. I have also been a server trainer at my current job at Cracker Barrel for 9 years. I am a very patient person and I treat others with respect. I was often told there were very few students who responded to their emails; however, I was one of them. I earned my Associate degree through Allegany College of Maryland. I enjoyed this area of study so much that I decided to transfer to Kaplan University Online and continue my study in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting. A Little Bit About Me...

One year after graduating from Westminster High School, I began substitute teaching for Carroll County in many different subjects. Through these opportunities I became aware of The Arc of Carroll County, where I decided to apply for a full-time job as an instructional assistant, where I have spent the last five years working with the developmentally disabled population. Shortly after starting at the Arc, I decided to return to school to further my education. I began this process at Carroll Community College, from where I graduated in 2007.
