My teaching style is probably best described as interactive. I encourage students to not only read the assignment and the assigned homework, but to question the validity of the issues being discussed, including what the author has written. By having student examine the issues and using critical thinking, they become better academics, but develop the ability to think outside of the box Over the course of my career, I have taught at just about every level, from middle school to graduate school. I enjoy teaching and working with children and watching them learn and grow. I value education and believe that a good education is crucial. Tutors are necessary in order that a child does not fall behind. I am willing to be that tool to help the child succeed in their academics and to make a difference in the child's life. As a cum laude graduate with my Masters in Counseling I am very much driven and motivated to help and assist others in their endeavors to achieve and do well.
