Whether it is in front of a class of 40 or one-on-one, I have been endowed not only with the talent to teach, but also with the God-given ability to motivate. From my previous tutoring experience, an effective way to teach children is the most important thing. Explaining reasons and dealing with essential are more effective than remembering. This approach will motivate children to explore the unknown world and their potential. During the last few years, I strived to explain reasons briefly and hit essential directly to all of my students.
