My comments on tutoring Microsoft Office : I have taught Microsoft Office in a classroom environment. Outlook is not my best subject.

I have been teaching in a classroom environment for ten years at the Associate, Bachelor and Master's levels. I have tutored for over fifteen years. Expertise with Struggling Students

I am a credentialed teacher currently working with at-risk students. I teach ALL levels of math through Algebra II, as well as computer ed. I managed our school's independent study program for 3 years, and currently help students with on-line classes (in addition to teaching in a traditional classroom.) I have also worked as a language arts enrichment instructor with K-8 students. I have tutored students in Math and Language Arts.
I love to work with individual students to find out where their confusion lies. From there, we rebuild understanding to enable them to move forward. I strongly feel that failures in learning happen in many ways, and it's important to take the time to assist the student in correcting it and moving on, instead of applying a label and giving up!
