My comments on tutoring Painting : Studied color theory, design, and scene painting for theater. Worked with oil, acrylic, watercolor, gouache, pastel and experimented medium (nail polish). I prefer to worked with less fumed or messy materials for safety.

My education involve intensive studies in both the fine arts and theater. I went from basic drawing and design, to painting, building models, to paintings set for theater. I worked in 10 productions for Subversive Theater Collective and was a volunteer coordinator for an arts festival while living in Buffalo. I have taught in many areas of study. Since I was young, I taught my younger family members the importance of manners, honesty, care, and responsibility. I believe this has carried into my real-life career as a teacher. I have taught at schools such as Hope Hall in Rochester, NY and Lemoyne Elementary in Syracuse, NY. I then completed my bachelors degree while tutoring part time at SUNY Oswego and independently with a high school student in Math and AP physics. A Little Bit About Me...

I have taught drawing and design for the past 10 years at Syracuse University and Onondaga Community College. I have taught after school programs with the Metropolitan School for the Arts. I have also worked with children 5- 10 years of age and have taught 3-D , figure drawing and painting.
