My comments on tutoring Government : A proper understanding of how our government is supposed to function is important. A citizen can not participate as fully or in an informed manner if they do not underestand their government

I work best in one on one or small groups. I am capable with larger groups as well. My favorite approach is the Charlotte Mason approach. I have worked with a wide variety of Educational Philosophies/Methods and will draw from them when needed.
I have taught in a wide variety of educational settings. These settings include working in the public schools With Educable Mentally Challenged students,Multilingual classrooms and several self contained elementary classes.I have taught in educational cooperatives, Homeschooled my own children up to college and tutored. A Little Bit About Me...

I attended college at three different schools, on athletic scholarship in two of them. I earned two bachelor degrees, BA in Philosophy and BA in Political Science. After graduating I spent one semester teaching sciences at an outdoor based alternative middle and elementary school just outside of Austin, TX. In college and afterwards I have continued to be involved in issues regarding immigration and minorities. I spent one year living and working in the Central Andes in Peru.
