I love to work with children of any age. I have been volunteering for over 15 years helping wherever and whenever I can to help make the lives of children more enriched. I have two boys of my own (age 10 and 14) and have been successful in helping them achieve the best they can. Born as a Chinese national and I speak fluent Chinese Mandarin language and I studied Business in Accounting and graduated from SUNY Brockport in 1990 and my mathematical course I always get "A" on my grade (I even get 105 on my test score, believe it or not) and I still love math. For the last two years I have taught English to freshman and sophomore students at a F.O.C.U.S. high school in Charlotte, NC. I taught three classes/blocks of students, all according to the North Carolina State Curriculum. I made lesson plans that were interactive and fun. I developed bonds with my students, the way I wish I would've had when I was a teen in high school. I became the teacher I wished I had. I was their teacher, their counselor, and their role model.
