I am currently a general music teacher at Samsula Academy, an elementary school in New Smyrna Beach, FL. I teach general music classes to students in grades K-5, as well as chorus and band. I love to teach. There is nothing more fulfilling than to see a student succeed who was previously having difficulties in a subject. I believe that patience is the key. I believe that you need to also listen to what the student has to say if they have anything to say at all, then observe while they work to see what works and doesn’t.
