My teaching style is to lecture with examples while students are following the process and understanding what needs to be done and how.
Then myself and the students do the hands on together so they can either do the exercise from memory or follow my directions. Once the exercise is complete, I give them time to do it themselves.
I repeat the materials at the end of each section and the end of each chapter and encourage asking questions.
Training can be delivered in person for 1 student or a group. It can also be delivered on the internet at my location or the clients location for an individual or a group.
