The Friendly Math Guy Next Door

My comments on tutoring Algebra I : Algebra is the foundation of higher mathematics. After studying calculus and better learning how functions operate, algrebra is easy for me to explain.

I like students to understand how the material they are learning can and is being applied to everyday situations. So I often will talk about the big topics that have been covered explain why they are useful and then show the student how to perform various calculations or apply the nessecary logic to solve problems.
