I have over 5 years of experience working with all ages and all levels in Spanish, dance, and soccer. Just as each age level experiences learning in a different way, each individual learns in a different way. I have spent my 13 years as an educator in a variety of capacities. I spent four years as a tutor for an autistic child while I was in school. After receiving my bachelor’s degree in education, I worked for three years as the 4th, 5th, and 6th grade alternative school teacher for the Chandler Unified School District. I then worked part-time as the curriculum writer for a residential alternative facility, also opening and teaching in their middle school program. I am a very patient and understanding young lady. I love working with people, and helping them to feel better and more confident about accomplishing their goals. Since I am considerate of others, I take into account whatever it is they will need in order to advance their education. As a student myself, I found that I wanted to put in extra effort to learn a subject whenever I had a wonderful and patient instructor who made learning engaging and fun.

I am currently finishing up my degree in elementary education and will be graduating in May through Arizona State University.
