A special needs student may need hands on lessons or visual learning activities. Someone else may be an audio learner. I analyze the situation, differentiate between teaching strategies and implement the most effective one. My success goes beyond the actual lessons or my experience. It's is due to the fact that I truly love teaching, thrive on the positive interactions and maintain high expectations for myself and the student. I am very flexible, patient and knowledgeable.
