Calculus I is one of my top subjects! I have taught AP calculus AB for 6 years and tutored it for 9 years.

I have been teaching math since 8/2000. I first began teaching in a large urban district and then switched to teaching in a private school. I have taught math at both the high school and middle school levels. The subjects I have taught include algebra I and II, geometry, AP Calculus AB,and middle school math. I have tutored math every year that I taught, and also tutored GED math for 1 year.
I think that I am very clear and concise in my explanations of concepts. I am also very good at explaining concepts in multiple ways. So if a student doesn't get how to do a problem using one method, I can go over another approach. I'm a good listener.

My comments on tutoring Calculus I : I minored in Mathematics in college. I took Calculus I, II, III and IV. I liked Calculus 1 and II the most.

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems with a double minor in Business Administration and Mathematics. I Love tutoring individuals and passing on knowledge. I was able to use my tutoring skills in college as a math and computer science tutor. I am a very analytical person. I am comfortable to be around.
