Elementary Math is one of my top subjects! I have a technique for teaching elementary math to even the most uninterested student. All of my children knew their multiplication tables at age 5. It's about making it fun.

I have a law degree, but most of my experience comes from working with my own kids and spending hundreds of hours volunteering at their schools helping other children. I home schooled my children for 3 years for the middle school years and so I have experience motivating the surly teen who has no motivation to work as well as the young child that just wants to play. I also taught my children and many others how to read at very young ages and have perfected the technique for teaching children math and reading who love to move. One of my children had ADD and so I know how to work well with this issue. I also have a technique for teaching multiplication and math to very young children. Progress not perfection

I make sure the people I help are very organized because organization is the first key to a good learning environment. I also love flash cards and work sheets!
