My comments on tutoring Logic : Math Minor, Philosophy Major

I was a valedictorian in my high school, moved on to Fresno State on a full scholarship as a member of the Smittcamp Family Honors College. I obtained two degrees magna cum laude, one in Physics and the other in Philosophy, as well as a minor in Math. Here I tutored all levels of Calculus to college students under Fresno State's Math department for two semesters. During this time I did a variety of Physics research and obtained one journal publication. I also volunteered as a tutor in the community as an undergraduate. I subsequently joined Jesuit Volunteer Corps for a year. During this time I worked in a low income community and tutored regularly. Ive worked as a tutor for about 2 years. I worked at a middle school as a intern for mathematics. Ive worked in a tutoring company teaching higher level math. Graduating from engineering at Penn State exposed me to a lot of math. It also exposed me to many tutoring opportunities. I tutored many of my fellow students.
