I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Butler University with highest honors in English Writing and high honors in Spanish. While attending school, I worked as a peer tutor in the Writers' Studio, which trains high-proficiency tutors to work one-on-one with students on the outlining, writing, and revision process for academic essays. I have studied Spanish since 2nd grade and studied abroad in Madrid for a semester during 2009. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a recent graduate of the University of North Texas with a degree in Music Education. While at North Texas, I taught middle and high school-aged students the art of music. During the summer I graduated, I tutored elementary and middle school-aged children reading and math. These experiences have helped me to gain different teaching skills and how to teach students with different learning capabilities. I like to teach on an individual basis because I can focus on a single student who has a unique way of learning. I can cater to this student and help him/her in exactly the way he/she needs. I am outgoing, energetic, and have a passion for children and teaching.
