For drama and public speaking, I prefer to be highly interactive and enable the student to discover and create his/her own art with knowledgeable guidance and lots of discussion and performance experimentation. I like to use a series of techniques and exercises to build confidence and creativity in the performer.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Dramatic Arts in 2011. I have directed several theatrical production and dramatic scenes. I believe in good classroom management and organized lesson plans. I set appropriate boundaries and expect the students to follow the rules that are set before them. That being said I try to make the learning as fun as possible but organized. I also try to bring in anything that they are interested in to make them enjoy the subject they are learning.
