As a Graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, I have obtained a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry and Minors in Math and Biology. I have gained knowledge in most of the sub-sets on those subjects as well as High School or College entry level in most other academic subjects. I have tutored before as a volunteer, in paid sessions, and have often helped out friends at various educational levels.

My comments on tutoring Physics : I taught high school science at a private school for two years, and tutored many students in science for about five years now. My bachelors degree is in science and I have taken a variety of science courses.

I have earned a degree in History from the University of Michigan and I have earned my teaching certificate and Master's degree from Wayne State University. I have taught high school for seven years and have taught numerous Science, Math and Social Studies courses. I have taught writing classes as well. I love people's capacity for learning. It gives me joy to know that I have helped another learn something new. I am patient, relaxed, and try to keep tutoring interesting for the recipient. It's important that the tutoree is engaged and enjoys grasping new lessons. I like to guide students into understanding the problem rather than just merely giving them the answer.
In 2006 I graduated from the University of Michigan with a BS in Engineering Science. It gave me an understanding in a broad range of mathematical areas as well as areas of other sciences. During that time I worked with volunteer organizations like Salem Housing and Habitat for humanity for three years, which enabled me to mentor a variety of ages.
