I feel that my largest teaching strength is the ability to identify where students are having problems and address those issues first. If students don't understand the fundamentals, it is impossible to teach them advanced concepts. In addition to this, being able to identify the students learning style and teach to them personally is something I am skilled at. Teaching can be a most wonderful adventure. I believe every child can learn. At times students or overwhelming with new concepts, and they need to be encouraged, and praise until they can accomplish the task at hand. I enjoy seeing the appearence of awareness on a childs face, when they have accomplished a goal, or solved a problem they had difficulty solving.
