I hate lecturing! I do! This is why my tutoring style is very interactive. I don't like talking AT a person, I prefer to have a conversation. My goal as a tutor is to make subjects interesting, and also to make sure they stick- so you can do well on exams. I also teach study skills in every session, so ideally you won't have to rely on me forever. In High School I discovered that not only was I skilled in math and science, but that I was effective in tutoring other students in these subjects. I started professionally tutoring students younger than me when I was a junior and continued until I graduated college.
