I assess what their difficulty is. I may back track and ensure they understand the basic foundation of the principle they are learning, then move forward one step at a time, as they grasp each concept. Many times, they must understand step one, to complete step two, etc. I love to see people succeed. When a student finally understands a concept, it gives them, as well as me a feeling of great satisfaction.
Currently, I own my own Health Insurance Agency in Tehachapi. I am an Administrative/Management Professional with 20 years experience. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Administration with a GPA of 3.46. My 11-year old daughter is a straight A student because I worked with her at an early age with studies that were at least 1 - 2 years beyond her current year.
