I know that each of us learns in our own unique way, and that the best results are gained by honoring those differences. One of my proudest accomplishments was the success of one particular student, who, at the age of 40, was back in school, having finally been diagnosed with learning disabilities after being passed through the public school system. She was ready to give up, but I worked with her. She is a gifted massage therapist, and I was so pleased to hear that she recently passed her National Boards, a very difficult test.

A Little Bit About Me...

As a former computer instructor, I can't tell you how much I miss teaching. Teaching was the one career in my life where I felt completely fulfilled. I truly love sharing my knowledge and being able to teach others. In addition to teaching, I am also a lifelong student. I have a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, an Associates Degree in Website Design and I am working towards an Associates Degree in Computer Programming. One thing I learned about teaching is that I never fail to learn something new, whether it be from a challenging question a student asks, or insight from a student that puts a new idea into my perspective. Subjects I excel in are computers, math, writing, arts, and science.
