The best successes come after their greatest disappointments

I like to make my tutoring sessions productive by encouraging students to work hard to complete the taste in order to receive a reward in the form of a game or something they enjoy doing. I am very thorough in correcting assignments and make sure they fully understand the concept they are working on. I am very helpful in stimulating critical thinking for creative writing assignments.

While attending Harvard University, I volunteered in a after school program in Boston's Chinatown community teaching second and third graders from low income families. There I helped them with homework and developed projects with fellow counselors to enrich their learning. I love working with children and adults!

I am an informal teacher because I do not yet have the experience teaching in a formal setting accept for writing lesson plans for language arts. Otherwise, I am looking forward to working with adults and children on their studies because they need the help.
