My comments on tutoring Spanish : Took Spanish all four years in HS and 4 semesters in college. Have a basic understanding of rudimentary Spanish. Would be perfect for beginner or intermediate HS or Middle School Spanish.

I am a 2011 graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelors of Science in Political Science. During my education, I was exposed to many subjects, ranging from Electrical Engineering to European Literature. The most important things I learned during my time there were time management and study skills, because without a strong foundation in those subjects, one can not excel in others.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have learned a great deal about the various learning and teaching styles. I understand that some students learn better with hands-on instruction, while others are more auditory or visual learners. I truly have a passion for spreading my love of Spanish, and teaching other students the importance of the language, and all of the interesting cultural differences and similarities we have with Hispanic countries. I also have found that rather than force grammar in as a separate lesson, it is better received if taught in a practical use manner that augments a certain vocabulary list or point.
