My comments on tutoring Algebra I : I am taking technical math in college. Algebra knowledge is required for technical math.

I prefer teaching my students to speak first. Once the student is fluent in Spanish, reading, and writing is taught. I emphasize conversational speaking a lot. That is what will get the student to lose the fear, and become fluent. Speaking a language is all about confidence. I consider myself a good leader. I was class president for three years in high school. I was the captain of the football team, and I have always taught by example. Example is the best teacher and the best motivator. My comments on tutoring Algebra I : I'm not a math person - but then again, neither are you, right? I can teach you how to work through algebra as one non-math person to another.

Multi-subject tutoring: maths, Chinese, English
