I graduated from Southern CT State University in 2007 with a degree in Art Education. I have been teaching or substitute teaching in some capacity since my sophomore year of college. I have been exposed to several reading programs used in NEPA public schools. In addition to classroom experience, I have extensive experience working with students with ASD. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a recent 2006 graduate from College Misericordia where I student taught third, fourth and fifth grade learning support and regular education in a first grade classroom. I then worked in the Pine Grove School district where I taught students with varying exceptionalities including: learning disabled, mental retardation, emotional disturbance, and other health impairments. I taught the academic areas of Reading, English and Math. I just recently finished up my Masters program in Classroom Technology and I am currently an Itinerant Special Education Teacher in a vocational school. A Little Bit About Me...

I entered college in my late twenties and have been involved in some aspect of learning ever since. I was able to complete my BA in Psychology and Religion as Cum Laude and my MA in Counseling Psychology with a similar GPA. Since graduating I have had the opportunity to work with children and adolescents in a counseling capacity which often mirrors mentoring, teaching and leading. I obviously have experience in psychology and religion. As well, I have extensive experience in writing for my career, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, etc, and in school with the many research papers, summaries, reviews, etc. This has allowed me to hone my grammatical skills, comprehension and analytical skills.
