In my military experience, I see all sorts of learning styles and ability levels. I am able to break down hard concepts of math/science/engineering so that regardless of learning style, we can work towards understanding. I find that many students struggle because no professor has taken the time to relate it to the student in a way that they can internalize and retain. I firmly believe that everyone can reach their potential if high expectations are set and a path to reach goals is set forth. I chose to become a teacher in my spare time because I think that children deserve to be pushed to the highest standards to achieve goals, so the student’s success is my total focus. I’m relaxed, considerate, professional , and very flexible. I have one BS in Electrical Engineering, and while an upper-class student tutored younger students.
