He has performed professionally in 25 countries touring with several bands and ensembles such as rock bands, jazz bands, jazz combos, New Orleans style brass bands, military bands, polka bands, chamber groups, and orchestras. He as played for numerous dignitaries including, 3 United States presidents, ambassadors, foreign presidents, and congressmen. During his time with United States Navy Band Southeast he was featured as a soloist numerous times on clarinet, saxophone, and flute in a variety of classical, rock, and jazz groups. I have always been a teacher. I taught swimming when I was 14 and French to fifth graders when I was in high school. I love working in education. My style is base on finding the indiviual need of the child and helping the child reach their potential. Repetition is good for learning; therefore, the use of various teaching methods are employed in order to maximize the information retained and learned by the individual student.
