A Little Bit About Me...

I think kids are great. The time I spend coaching a group of teenagers energizes me. I find the key to each child’s personality and try to connect with them individually. I like to joke and have fun with them. My style is casual on the surface but makes for an enjoyable experience. If they can touch and experience what they are learning, they are much more likely to remember the key concepts they are being taught. Students also need to be shown how what they are teaching relates to the real world. All of this can be accomplished using research based methods that are proven to be effective in teaching students of all ability levels.
