My goal is to provide the best education possible. I lecture to larger groups, but make use of many specific examples to bring life to the topics being discussed. I encourage class participation as a great way for students to really grasp the subject, but only in a manner that is comfortable for them. Teaching to small groups is almost more enjoyable than a classroom setting. The informality of a small group enables me to really connect with each student.
