A Little Bit About Me...

After a rewarding and successful career as a fourth and fifth grade teacher, certified in SC and GA, I have recently retired, yet still have a passion for teaching boys and girls. My experience has been in top rated schools with high academic standards. I have taught all subjects, mainly in fourth or fifth grade curriculums. I am familiar with State and National Standards for these grades, and plan to keep abreast of new and/or changing requirements. I look forward to making a difference with students who need remedial instruction.
Children energize me, and I thrive on working with students and helping them learn. After almost 30 years of teaching, I have learned that each child has their own individual strengths and weaknesses.
