I feel that I am very much a hands-on learner, but I also enjoy engaging the minds of those that I educate. I enjoy researching new and more relevant ways to teach the applicable generation under my watch. Also, I feel that learning occurs outside of the classroom/main learning environment, and that as a mentor/teacher, I am able to pass on various types of lessons.
