The hardest thing about teaching is determining how the individual student learns. I have found that all people learn differently so it is best to understand this process to make the teaching more effective. I like to challenge the individuals I tutor. My teaching belief is that every audience is different. Children do not learn in the same way that adults do, therefore there are two different methodologies to teaching each learning set.
