A Little Bit About Me...

I have always wanted to be a teacher and love working with children of all ages. My areas of study were middle school science and social studies but I believe in my academic ability to help children across many aspects of learning. I believe all children can learn when given the opportunity. Some of the most influential people in my life over the years have been my teachers and I look forward to doing the same for children.

I am a graduate of Virginia Tech, with an interior design degree. I have taken many english and science classes. Also writing is a strong area of mine, since I have had to write many papers and essays. I worked at Blacksburg Daycare and Child Development Center for 4 1/2 years. There I taught all ages from 6 weeks to preschool. I also have children of my own.
