Progressing through graduate school and working as a undergraduate student demonstrator allowed me to define learning as a personal process of growth. Being able to ask questions and actually attempt to answer those questions was extremely motivating. This strategy includes posing leading questions so that the student has the chance to discover the answers themselves and to take credit for their own learning. I graduated top 10% of my high school class and went onto medical school overseas as I had moved back to Pakistan my native country.
