I come from China and my major is Japanese and culture in Beloit College. My IBT score is 98 and SAT ‘s math is 750. My total SAT score is 1970 when the full score is 2400. Japanese is one of my top subjects! I have achieved a BA on Japanese and spent several years in Japan. I, as a certified teacher, have worked for over 10 years.

I have achieved my MA in Chinese, my BA in Japanese, and worked as a language teacher for 11 years in China. Almost all of my students have not just improved their language abilities, but passed the language proficiency tests such as HSK Test (Chinese) and JLPT test (Japanese).I would like to help students realize their potential. I would also like to help young kids learn a foreign language when they can make amazing achievements in language. In fact, I am surprised by my four-year-old daughter's ability to learn a foreign language.

A Little Bit About Me...

I strive to develop each student's interest in the subject at hand. He or she is far more likely to enjoy learning and retain information this way. I follow a method of individual trial and error supplemented with examples and corrections.
I have recently graduated from the University of Delaware and intend to pursue a Ph.D. in chemistry within the next few years. My major was in Chemistry with a minor in Biochemistry; I also focused on Theatre, Japanese, French, English, and Biology. I spent two semesters as a Teaching Assistant for General Chemistry and held personal office hours for tutoring regularly. I have worked at a learning center teaching students of all ages. In addition, I tutored various subjects in high school including ESL.
