25+ years experience in engineering drafting. 20+ years experience with AutoCAD. Started using AutoCAD Release 9, currently using AuotCAD 2013. I manage the engineering CAD Department for a maintenance engineering group. I have 4 drafters working to support 10 engineers in 3 engineering disciplines, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil.
I've never really formally taught a class of individuals but I do provide hands on training and CAD support for engineers and drafters in our office on a daily bases. I would consider this style to be hands on...

I was a student tutor for four years to pay for college. I always try to make learning fun because it will be easier to learn and make people more interested in the subject.
