During my undergraduate studies, I was involved in various tutoring/mentoring organizations on campus. I served as a mentor for local area children ages 8-14 as part of an after-school "big buddy" program. During my junior and senior years, I tutored newer students in math, science, and engineering courses. The students that I helped usually came to me not for their classwork, but because they held an interest in learned how their computers and personal devices worked.
