My comments on tutoring Sculpting : I have some experience with sculpting and my work has been exhibited in juried shows. I use mixed media, polymer clay, wire and other materials.

I'm comfortable with all ages and levels of students. My teaching style is relaxed, open, encouraging and I allow students to experiment. I have a strong background in techniques, so I also want to build a foundation and skill level without taking away the creativity and spontaneity. I also have knowledge of art history and I'm open to many different ways of appreciating art. I have a background in marketing and writing for advertising and also journalism.
I have studied classical art from the age of six to present. My work is varied, and although I have roots in classical techniques, I also relate to and create abstract styles.
