My comments on tutoring Computer : My bachelor's degree is Computer Information Systems. I have experience in many programming languages. I also have worked in the position as a Network Administrator.

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems with a double minor in Business Administration and Mathematics. I Love tutoring individuals and passing on knowledge. I was able to use my tutoring skills in college as a math and computer science tutor. I am a very analytical person. I am comfortable to be around. Others see me as a very patient person, so if something doesn't make sense, you don't need to be afraid to ask the same question over again until you get the concept.

I believe it is very important for children to learn to enjoy the process of learning. Every child learns and relates to new information differently, so teachers must use appropriate teaching strategies to ensure the success of their students. My goal is to help students to make better grades, but teach them HOW to learn where they can become independent lifelong learners.
I graduated from WKU with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, and during this time I worked at an elementary school during their after school program helping tutor and supervise the children. After I graduated, I substituted for several school districts in mostly elementary grades, but I also worked in middle & high school. I believe each student can learn and it’s my responsibility to find how each one learns best. So much of it is about instilling confidence in the student that he or she is intelligent and capable of mastering the subject. I have been very successful at this and have often had short tutoring assignments: once we discover what is keeping a student from grasping the subject, fixing it is easy and then the student can proceed on their own with or without the help of a parent. The younger the student, the more I appreciate having the parent involved in what I am doing, and the results we are achieving, so they can actively participate with their child, especially once I am no longer needed.
