After three years I taught for one year at Clayton Primary in a multi-handicapped class. I then transferred to Four Oaks Middle School in 1993 where I continue to teach. The first year there I taught a self-contained mentally handicapped class, and since then I have taught through the inclusion model. Then I spent the next 27 (Jan. 2005- Apr. 2007)months working as a Teacher Collaborator in the United States Peace Corps. Upon successful completion of the Peace Corps I moved to London, England and taught 6th grade from 2007-2010. During that time I did 1-1 tutoring with 10 children for a total of 100 hours.
