My Texas State Teacher's Certification is a permanent non-revolkable one. Throughout my college background, I have had a wide variety of subjects, all which have prepared me to be able to assist others with their educational needs. I can assist students with anything that has to do with reading, writing, comprehension, essays, reports, vocabulary, spelling, grammar, science, history, psychology, CTE courses, business-related courses or subjects, and math.
My teaching style is one that I obtained from two of my favorite college teachers whom I wished all others would duplicate themselves after. I have dreamed of being a teacher since I was a little girl. I worked towards this goal and received my teaching certificate and then a job teaching 8th grade reading my first year teaching. I have since taught 6-8th English/Reading as well as 8th American History.
I have a love for children, teaching, and learning. This passion is what makes me reach out to help children. I am a firm believer in trying to reach the child through the best way he/she learns. I am creative in my ways of getting the material across using all our ways of learning. I know if I touch one childs life as a teacher then I am doing something good.
