I've been teaching and tutoring students in grades K - 8, as a credentialed teacher since 1991, and mentored students as a tutor in my neighborhood for several years while my own children were small. I have fantastic results instructing students who find it difficult to concentrate and stay focused, and additional experience teaching children and adults who are learning English as a second language. Every child or adult is able to learn when they are taught in an environment where they know they are safe. I am a graduate of UCLA and a native Californian.
After assessing and determining immediate and long term goals, my teaching style is adapted to the need and personality of my student.
