I have worked in Industrial Management since 1982, holding many positions that include training requirements. Coaching employees to learn new tasks or further their education through our state of the art, on site Learning Lab, is my passion. If a student is a visual learner, I will use visual aids to illustrate the lesson. If a student is an auditory learner, I will concentrate on lecture or video instruction.
