A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy working with all children. We all have different learning styles and as a teacher, it is up to me to figure out the student's learning style and tailor the teaching to that student. I am a positive person. When it comes to teaching, I try to emulate my high school algebra teacher and make learning fun and interesting. I like to teach by example and give the student the opportunity to learn by doing. I do not do the work for the student, but instead allow him or her to do the work with my support until he or she is capable of doing the work independently. I am patient and thorough with my work.
