I hold a Bachelor and a Master of Science degree in Science Education. I was certified in the State of Louisiana to teach Chemistry, Biology, General Science, and Computer Literacy. I taught high school Chemistry, Physics, Computer Literacy, and Study Skills. I have taught Biology Lab courses and Computer Information Systems courses at the college level, and have substantial experience teaching algebra to students preparing for the GED exam. Since 1982 I have been involved in chartering three new Missouri State banks. These positions have required me to research legal requirements for offering new products to our customers. In addition, I have trained new employees in a classroom-type setting regarding new and existing products, accounting and customer service.
