My comments on tutoring Pre-Calculus : Calculus is my strong subject. That requires a strong knowledge of Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry which I also possess. I have tutored and taught all math subjects up to the college undergraduate level, except for differential equations.
I have received only praise and good comments from both students, fellow teachers, and department administrators and staff. This is most certainly because I strive for excellency in my teaching.
I become a counselor, a friend, a mentor for my students. I try to understand their individual needs and encourage their collaboration as a group towards a common objective. I attempt to change their perspective, from only passing the class, to actually learning and enjoying. I can provide evaluations to you that, reflect how students have been touched by my teachings changing them in positive and productive ways. That is my goal, their success but not only academically, I want to make sure that their experience as my students
helps them succeed in all aspects of their lives.
