A Little Bit About Me...

Studying French and Russian Studies at Stetson allowed me gain more than a grasp on those two languages, but insight to the cultures, an appreciation for and ability to interpret literature and poetry, a deeper understanding of history, geography, and politics as well as a desire to share all of this with others.
I believe that children need to find a reason to have a goal of being educated. Coming from a small town and having such a global perspective, I love helping children see their place in this vast world and that they are an important global citizen. I love working with children, I have 3 of my own two of them are on the honor roll,Learning style is different to kids and their needs. For example you maybe able to go over material once with a child and they get it and others it takes more time or you have to ask them more questions about their interests and base the learning activity geared toward their interests, this will hold their attention and they will want to learn the material.
