A Little Bit About Me...

I fundamentally believe anyone can learn. If a student isn’t grasping a concept, it just means I have to change my style of teaching. So what is my teaching style…anything that helps a student achieve his or her potential. But the one thing I teach all my students is how to find their learning style. Once you know how you retain information you can do anything.

I was a double major, receiving my BA in English and History, and also worked as a mentor and tutor in the college’s Writing Center. I helped students learn to express themselves in writing, combining an emphasis on proper grammar with the recognition of each writer’s individual voice.
