My comments on tutoring Earth Science : Earth science is probably my weakest subject listed, I still feel comfortable tutoring it, but I would need some kind of list of topics needed to be covered prior to the meeting.

I am a very personable teacher and I like to modify my teaching approach to each student. I also employ a variety of disciplines to help facilitate a better understanding of the subject being learned.
I graduated from Berry College in May of 2021. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Science with Honors. My major was Animal Science with a minor in chemistry. I have worked on several research projects that are in the process of publication or being prepared for publication. I never made anything below an A on my physics and chemistry classes. My specialty is in animal science, chemistry, and physics. However, I can teach lower to middle level mathematics. I am currently enrolled as a first year veterinary student at the University of Florida.

A Little Bit About Me...

There is not a best way to teach. Each child learns in a unique way for each subject. Some can learn easier if the lesson is put to music and they can learn a song or dance that embodies the knowledge. Others learn it if they can write it or color a picture of it. Involving all senses, smell and touch as well, can make lessons more concrete to the student. I have gained more patience and understanding with learners’ differences as I have aged and had more experience with the uniqueness of individuals. I encourage questions as a way to pinpoint where the student is confused which then allows me to go over that specific area of the lesson slowly and more clearly.
